New Glenn Launch (ESCAPADE Mission / NG-2): November 13, 2025 – 2:57 PM – 4:25 PM EST / 19:57 – 21:25 UTC
Blue Origin will once again attempt to recover the first stage of the New Glenn rocket during this second flight. After the partial failure of the maiden launch, where the engines failed to reignite for the descent, the company now hopes to achieve a controlled propulsive landing on its “Jacklyn” drone ship, stationed offshore in the Atlantic near Florida. This maneuver, crucial for demonstrating the reusability of the launcher, would mark a major milestone toward cost-effective and sustainable orbital missions for Blue Origin.

New Glenn Launch (NG-1): January 16, 2025 (Replay)
The maiden flight of New Glenn took place on January 16, 2025, from Launch Complex 36 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The rocket successfully reached its intended orbit, carrying a prototype platform named Blue Ring Pathfinder. However, the booster landing attempt failed, as the engine relight sequence for descent did not function as planned.
